Saw this place on tv had to stop on my road trip. Let me tell you it was so worth it. Just a quick stop off the interstate. Very easy to get to and totally worth it. I am from California and can not find the Boudin available. I could go for some more and then cracklins
I love this place and have some years. The boudain is good and I love the beef jerky. It has a food service counter and frozen food to choose from. Great place to check into.
You must stop by this place! Beef Jerky and Cracklin's are the best I've ever eaten in my life! It's worth stopping in to look at all the different items only found in South Louisiana! T-shirts, Cookbooks, Specialty Meats, Local Seasonings, and so much more!
THE WORST CRACKLINGS IN THE WORLD. I bought a pound of cracklings. The cracklings were all burnt. They were not edible. The worst part of all this is that the person giving them to me knew the cracklings were burnt. I recommend going somewhere else. I was passing through going to the other side of the state. I get several miles down the road and discovered this.
They offer top of the line fresh food, and the shelves are stocked with pure deliciousness! From condiments to sides, it's here, and you can bet it's good. Friendly staff to boot.
