Some of the bosses and staff are very unprofessional. They don't pay the worth of the danger of these jobs. They don't give raises. They fire people for no reason. Sometimes they don't allow the employees to take lunch breaks. Sometimes you're expected to work in dangerous working conditions. I personally think that there are much better companies to work for, and better companies that provide the same services but with more professionalism.
