This is a great place to stay for a week or just an overnighter. Be sure to inquire about the new sites just added. All concrete big rig friendly full hook up. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Tons of great Cajun food less than a mile from entrance. Grocery stores less than a mile. Easy off easy on I-10

Another favorite place to stay. Concrete slabs easy access very clean bathrooms and laundry. Everyone is so friendly too. Make sure to visit all that Lafayette has to offer. I had such a fantastic time

Love this Campground...very friendly staff...close to everything...very well kept grounds with lots of shade...beautiful lakeside sites. We absolutely love it here.

Nice lakeside campground right off the highway. We arrived late but they left everything for me since I called ahead. Facilities were very clean. The drone of the highway kept my kids sleeping (believe it or not). There are no car drives here for campsites so it was a little awkward trying to figure out where to pull up in the dark. All in all great place!

All in all, I enjoyed the single night. But, as a scout, I deeply hesitate to call it a campground.

The interstate is not only audible from the sites, but visible. There's no woods on the actual property, only the lake. The mini golf is fun enough, but the paddle boats are in disrepair. Swimming pools are saltwater though! And the cabin we stayed in was nice enough, if simple and cramped. The campground workers were quick to exterminate the wasps on the porch, and the camp store is decently stocked if you forget anything, with alright prices.
